As a Boutique In-House Design Company, we cater our services to specifc industries. We specialize in Designing Unique Websites that fulfill Your Needs, Reflect Your Vision and Draw your intended Audience. We currently design websites for:

The Basic $325.00 Package...

Unlike many Web companies that charge on a per hour basis, we have found that it is better to offer a Basic Web Design Package for a Base Rate of $325.00. This Basic $325.00 package includes your domain registration, e-mail address set up and a website of 1- 5 pages made up of any combination of the pages below formatted to your needs:
  • Content Pages: Includes Home Page, Bio/About Us, Company Information Page, Text "Services" Page, Links Page, Testimony Page, etc

  • Contact Form

  • Calendar/Events Page

  • Photo Album Page

  • Audio or Quick Time Video Page: mp3 Audio Files, Quick Time video only format ** We recommend upgrading to add-on video page this enables you to post videos in any format**
EXTRA ADD-ON FEATURES:
These particular Features are added for an additional fee and are customized to the Clients Particular needs. Contact us for the Prices On the Extra Add-On Features below:
  • Custom Logo Design - We can design your logo if you do not already have one. This is a one time flat fee and we give you the logo copyright and put the logo in a file format so that you can use it for your other marketing needs.

  • E-Commerce Shopping Cart / store - We can add a store/ Product Page to sell Your Products & Goods. Prices vary.

  • Word Press Blog Page - We only use Word Press blog so that Our Clients can do their own blog updating, even from remote sites. We can even transfer your old Blog content into Word Press.

  • Updated Video Pages - We recommend this add on especially for entertainment / ministry sites. Prices vary depending on the video vendor used. We suggest Vimeo or You Tube.

  • Podcast Page - This is a good add-on for Churches & Ministries.

  • Extra Content Pages added to Site - We can do a "per page" add-on for a small fee.

  • Newsletter Creation and Email list - For a small fee we can set up an e-mail subscription link so that people can be added to your newsletter and receive your company updates. Due to ease of use and cost we suggest "mail chimp" for your newsletter/updating needs.

  • Search Engine Optimization for Your Specific industry

Hosting & Web Maintenance...

Your Website will need to be "hosted" in order to be published online. 12 Stones Music offers hosting at a competitive rate and we also automatically take care of other web needs such as domain registration, setting up email addresses and maintaining the website at an offsite server to avoid connection problems.

We also offer web maintenance for your website. Web maintenance includes updating your website. We include 1 hour of minor website maintenance each month- this is included with your website hosting fee.

Minor Website Maintenance includes: (Any maintenance on your site that runs past the 1 hour mark is billed out at 25.00/ an hour)
  • Updating your calendar and or events
  • Making announcements
  • Fixing, adding or changing url links
  • Some image additions or deletions
  • Text updates or improvements
  • Minor addition of multimedia like mp3 file updates
Major Maintenance Updates are $25.00/ an hour and include things like:
  • All e-commerce updates and links
  • Adding new pages
  • Adding e-mail accounts
  • Larger multimedia file updates like video, podcasts etc.
  • Logo changes
  • Creating PDF files
  • Newsletter subscription link, etc.

Our price of Monthly Web Hosting + 1 hour of Minor Web Maintenance a month is a flat fee of $20.00 a month.
We bill on a monthly basis for web hosting & all maintenance.

Please Note: You are welcome to find hosting on your own as well as hire others to do your web maintenance, however they will have to procure and be proficient in RapidWeaver for MAC which is the design system that we use.

Accounting...

We offer a 5% discount to Christian Ministries & Non-profits on initial Website Design services Only.

We charge ½ of the payment for the website design up front. This is after the initial design has been agreed upon by the client and the contract has been signed. We collect the other half of the payment for the website design plus the first month’s hosting and maintenance fee once the design is finished and has been approved by the client. Once the full payment has been received, the site will be published and your new website will be available for use.

Our Policy...

We work one on one with our clients to make sure they are satisfied with their website and all of its features BEFORE the final fee is required. Changes made during the initial design of the website will not incur additional charges unless you are adding a specified “extra add on feature” that is listed above. Please note that we are a boutique web design company that specializes in specific industries and areas. If for some reason we feel that we cannot offer you the creative web design services that you need, we will be happy to direct you to where you can find the right web design service for your needs.
